Marquis Quick Facts:
Marquis Residences at 1100 Biscayne Blvd is Downtown Miami’s iconic tower that can be spotted from almost anywhere in Miami-Dade. Standing 679 feet and 63 stories, Marquis’ LED-Light display illuminates the Downtown Miami skyline, and makes cameo appearances in videos worldwide, such as former resident and entertainer, Drake’s music video.
Condo units sizes range from 1 Bed + Dens to combined units with 5 bedrooms, and was occupied starting 2009.
Amenities of the building include the following: Private elevators for most units, two pools with pool-side food and drink service, fitness center, sauna and steam rooms, brand new basketball court, 24/7 concierge and security, package delivery, bar and restaurant on-site with room-service, and a soon-to-be-open residents’ lounge!
What I love about Marquis:
Each residence has 10 feet ceilings or higher, with floor to ceiling, impact glass throughout; giving a true sense of luxury.
Each residence has access to TWO, often-times, private elevators. Most newer buildings have long wait times in the foyer or lobby, due to only ONE private elevator.
Need a quick getaway, but don’t have time? Head down to the poolside cabanas or lounge chairs, where you can order Frozé by the glass, or pitcher. Talk about Sunday Funday…
Access to other areas of Miami has never been so easy. I-95 and the 836 entrances are just behind Marquis, and the MacArthur Causeway ramp to South Beach is immediately across Biscayne Blvd.
Did you know…
Residents receive 20% off of food orders from on-site restaurant operators, CVLTVRA and Bella’s Bar? CVLTVRA also hosts daily happy hours, as well as Sunday Football happy hours.
Residents also receive discounts up to 25% off of nightly room rates at the Gabriel Hotel, located on the building’s first 14 floors.

Walk to Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner - Charles’ Top Dining Picks:
Though many more dining options in the neighborhood are on the horizon, as Miami World Center opens its retail spaces for local and national operators, Charles top pick is an underrated, yet often-frequented choice: Bunbury Miami
Bunbury Miami is a quick, 5 block walk from Marquis. Daily happy hour dining offers $5 wine choices or lite bites until 8pm. The Empanadas, made fresh with hand-cut meats and cheeses, are arguably the best in Miami. Don’t believe me, try them for yourself! Four cheese and bacon is my favorite…

A close runner-up is a bit closer to Marquis; only a two minute, two block walk away: Sagrado Cafe.
Traditional Brazilian cuisines and snacks, such as Acai Bowls, pao de queijo (“cheese puffs”), strogonoff, and many others, are served alongside cafe lattes, freshly made pastries, and chocolates in this hip, Instagram-worthy Downtown cafe.
Great for Sunday Brunch, or a coffee meet-up, Sagrado’s menu is here: https://www.sagrado.cafe/menu/
Things to do in the Neighborhood:
Marquis’ location helps uniquely position the building and its residents, affording the ability to explore many attractions that are within close walking-distance from Marquis’ lobby.
The Frost Science Museum, directly across the street from Marquis, offers rotating exhibits and Planetarium shows to children and adults alike. Don’t forget to visit the Perez Art Museum to catch the latest exhibits, or dine with Verde for lunch on the outdoor terrace by the Biscayne Bay.
Thinking of catching a Miami Heat basketball game, or possibly, a J-Lo performance? The infamous American Airlines Arena is three blocks away, and may even tempt you to sign up for season tickets….go Heat!
Evening stroll through the park? The beautifully curated Museum Park, presently known as Maurice Ferre Park, has many different walking paths, lush landscaping and greenery throughout, and is known to host well-attended events from time-to-time, such as the Vevue Cliquot Carnival.
Need to pick up something from Brickell City Centre? The 11th Street Metromover stop is immediately behind Marquis, offering residents the convenience of quick, free transit elevated above any rush-hour traffic!
If you thought Broadway shows only happened in NYC, you’ll be pleasantly surprised that as a Marquis resident, you’re three blocks away from the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, where many internationally-acclaimed plays, musicals, and operas are open for attendance.
